Cancellation and refund policy<\/h4>\n

7 days and more before the arrival date<\/strong>: We hold a booking and administration fee of 35% for any reason. The balance of 65% is given in the form of refund or credit reportable on a future stay at the campsite.<\/p>\n

Less than 7 days prior to arrival<\/strong>: No refund, no matter the reason. No transfer of residence allowed.<\/p>\n

If the stay is shortened, the cancellation policy applies for each day canceled.<\/p>\n

Booking procedures<\/h4>\n

  1. Reservations made in accordance with the order of appeal.<\/li>\n
  2. During your call, an attendant will take your names, phone number, dates and length of stay.<\/li>\n
  3. An attendant will call you back in the following days to make the booking if she did not make it during your call.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • Booking fees apply for each reserved area.<\/li>\n
    • Full payment required at time of booking, even if booking is for others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
